Why aromatherapy?

The definition of aromatherapy, is the controlled and informed use of essential oils to maintain and/or improve the health of the mind, body and  spirit. The clinical part means I am qualified in essential oil chemistry. Enabling me to prescribe under consultation.

Aromatherapy or essential oil therapy is the topical or inhalation practise of improving a person's health or mood.

Aromatherapy can help to aleviate many symptoms, such as stress, anxiety, depression, low mood, insomnia, fatigue, brain fog, boost concentration, ease muscular aches & pains, headaches, digestive issues, circulatory problems, all hormone changes and many more. 

Pain & discomfort

The part of the brain we recieve pain is also the same part that essential oils directly influence. 

Sleep

By working directly on our central nervous system. Calming and slowing down, leading to a more peaceful nights sleep.

Balance

Through our sense of smell, we can instantly bring balance. Essential oils work on the limbic system in our brain.
